Product design process comprises a series of steps that guide the engineer through rigorous problem solving phases. Engineering design is an iterative process that works both forwards and backwards. A design should sufficiently meet the stage of development it is in. Otherwise, it should be flexible to able to go as far back in the design process as required, to allow for all reconsideration.

Engineers usually find their motivation from real world problems. Problems may not be hard and fast. They can present themselves as hindrance to everyday life. Problems can also present themselves as an interesting challenge. Engineers take these problems and after thorough study they redefine and characterize them.


What can we do to help your idea become a product?

At Design Executives, our engineers are there to bring new ideas into reality. We are made up of experienced group of engineers, each with in-depth knowledge in electromechanical engineering. The fact that we each are the best at the part we take makes us different. Your product idea would not be handled by a one man band but would professionally be considered by a panel of knowledgeable engineers with long years of experience.

Inception
When you choose Design Executives for your project, you will book a free discussion 1hr slot. You will be met with no less than two professionals, where you will tell us about your idea and discuss possibilities with us.

Brainstorming
After our team of experts deal with your idea and make a quick study on the possibilities and design requirements, we will contact you back for further discussion and brainstorming on the possible directions of your project.

We will decide  together how often we hold regular meetings (usually, fortnightly or monthly) with our team where we update you the progress and discuss on expected outcomes.

Product Design Schematics
A detailed schematic and engineering drawings will be prepared. This will be discussed on our meetings and final design will be decided upon for production.

Prototype and Testing
A working prototype will be demonstrated and the product will be tested for design requirements. Based on the results, a further debugging and proofing will be made to meet all of the desired requirements.                

Final Product and Commissioning
Finally , when both you and our team are satisfied of the final product, our experts will hold a presentation on the features and functionality of your product to completely familiarize you and your team with your brand new ready to collect product.
